All returns must comply with federal, state, and local laws, as well as the specific conditions of this policy.

Firearm Returns

Firearms cannot be returned once they have been transferred to the buyer by a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.

If a firearm shipment is canceled or returned prior to transfer due to failed background checks, buyer ineligibility, or non-compliance with applicable laws, the following may apply:

  • Restocking fees
  • Original and return shipping charges
  • Any additional fees imposed by the receiving FFL

Andy’s Armory & Adventure is not responsible for delays, denials, or failed transfers resulting from buyer ineligibility or legal restrictions.

Ammunition Returns

Ammunition sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange once shipped, except where required by law or in cases of verified shipping error or damage.

Accessories, Gear, and Non‑Firearm Items

Unused and unmodified accessories, gear, and non‑firearm merchandise may be returned under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within the allowable return period stated at the time of purchase
  • Items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after inspection and approval.

Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Firearms after transfer
  • Ammunition
  • Items showing signs of use, modification, or damage caused by the buyer
  • Clearance or final‑sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Andy’s Armory & Adventure promptly upon receipt. We will assist with carrier claims, replacements, or refunds as appropriate.

Photographic documentation may be required to process claims.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping charges are non‑refundable.
